Date with Seremban

I am back with more power and more stories.

Getting ready for FOOD!!!
Been to many places for food for past month and one particular places I wanted to share this round is the Seremban wet market food. Not the raw food of course. It’s the food court on top of the wet market I’m talking here. Foods are great and prices are reasonably cheap.

Journey from my house is just 30mins (Ahem… I stayed at Selangor edge :P).

Seremban has a famous Hakka Mee (RM3.50/bowl-small). Well, it’s written by many bloggers earlier and not going to elaborate further. One word to describe the dish- AMAZING! Looks clear but tasted startlingly with bouncy hand-made noodle. Look for the old signboard.
Deliciously bouncy Hakka Mee
Not to forget the the beef noodle (RM6.00/bowl). They have the option of dry and soup noodle. Personally I prefer the dried one because tasted somehow different. Thick gravy with chunks of salted vegetable slices of marinated meat, dashes of sesame seed lastly the soul for the noodle- the chopped peanut. Perfecto!
Scrumptuos Dry Beef-Noodle. I can eat this over and over again.... Yummz!
Later is their brown squid mee-hoon (RM3.50/plate). The stall is located few door away from the famous beef noodle. Recommend this store as I find others a bit tasteless on their gravy. Fried mee-hoon added with some pork and soy gravy. It tasted bit like the canned stewed meat…. Even better than that and the meat is chewier.
Blended well- brown squid with chewy meat and crispy mee-hoon.
Remember that I’ve read an article on newspaper on the ice kacang (shredded ice topped with mixture of syrup and many sweet food) located there so my last trip I give it a try. Ahhh…. Bring back some memories of high school. Old uncle operating the stall and everything is prepared by himself. Taste OK bt find it a bit sweet… Dear uncle, people has change to healthier lifestyle…. Keep your sugar level down.
Taste of old school
Bring back school days memory

Adios… I shall keep you guys posted on my food journey.
